Ingredients

• 1-ounce simple syrup
• 1/2-ounce pomegranate liqueur
• Ice
• Sparkling sake

Instructions

1. Combine the lime juice, simple syrup, and pomegranate liqueur in a mixing glass or a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a champagne flute and top with sparkling sake.
