Ingredients

• 3 ounces gin
• 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Club soda
• Sprig of mint

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients, except the soda and mint, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass, fill with soda, and garnish with mint sprig.
