Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond meal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons warm honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir almond meal, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a bowl. Mix beaten egg whites into the almond meal mixture; scoop by teaspoonful onto prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until browned, 10 to 15 minutes.
