Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (old fashioned or quick-cooking)
  • 2 cups diced apple
  • 4 (6 ounce) containers vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup MUSSELMAN'S® Apple Butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients (oats through walnuts).
  2. Fill 4 jars or plastic containers and seal with lids. (Optional: garnish the top with additional walnuts or apples.)
  3. Refrigerate overnight. Oats can be prepared up to four days in advance (great for planning ahead for a busy week).
