Ingredients
- 1 cup 1-percent milk
- 1 tablespoon honey, plus more if needed
- 4 whole ice cubes
- 1 avocado, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- In the pitcher of a blender add 1 cup water, the milk, honey, ice cubes and avocados, and blend until smooth. Taste may vary based on the sweetness of the avocados; add additional honey if needed. Stir in the chia seeds, then pour into glasses and serve.
