Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 pitted date
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Combine the banana, coconut, date, cinnamon, nutmeg and coconut water in a blender and puree until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
