Ingredients
- 5 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (or to taste)
- Grated fresh ginger (optional)
- Whole berries for garnish
Instructions
- Place the berries, coconut milk and honey or sugar in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Chill and serve garnished with whole berries.;
