Best Recipe for Chai
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon black tea
- 2 teaspoons green cardamom pods
- 1 teaspoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 5 brown cardamom pods
- One 1-inch piece cinnamon stick
Instructions
- Put 2 cups water, the milk, fennel seeds, sugar, black tea, green cardamom pods, cloves, ginger, brown cardamom pods and cinnamon stick into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain into teacups.
