Ingredients
- 2 containers Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
- 1 cup (6oz.) cooked, diced chicken breast
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- Heat rice according to package directions. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chicken, broth and vegetables. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir in rice.
