Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled, brewed white tea
  • 2 cups frozen sliced peaches or mango
  • 1 cup Nordica 1% or Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine tea, peaches, cottage cheese, honey and lime juice in a blender. Blend on high speed for 2 minutes or until very smooth. (Adjust sweetness to taste.) Serve immediately.
