Best Recipe for Cucumber-Yogurt Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded, chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Mix yogurt and sugar in medium bowl. Mix in cucumbers and cilantro. Season to taste with salt. (Can be prepared in 2 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
