Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
Instructions
