Best Recipe for Grandma's Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground breakfast sausage
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, mushrooms, soup and egg. Mix together well and place in a 5x9 inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 50 minutes.
