Ingredients

  • 6 fluid ounces milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 green ice cube (see footnote)
  • 2 tablespoons whey protein powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, yogurt, strawberries, banana, blueberries, green ice cube, whey, and honey in a blender, in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
