Best Recipe for Horseradish Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) stout or lager beer
- 1/4 cup (50 g) soft tofu
- 1/4 pound (115 g) cream cheese
- 3/4 pound (340 g) cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup (25 g) horseradish
- 2 tablespoons (20 g) diced red onion
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
- Stop machine after 30 seconds of blending to scrape down sides if necessary.
