Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup/120 ml warm strong-brewed jasmine tea
  • 1 1/2 cups/255 g diced peaches
  • 3/4 cup/170 g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the honey in the warm tea. Refrigerate until chilled. Combine the sweetened tea, peaches, yogurt, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
