  • 1 cup julienned green cabbage
  • 1 cup julienned chayote squash
  • 1 cup julienned jicama
  • 1 small red onion, julienned
  • 1 red pepper, julienned

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and ground pepper

Instructions
