Ingredients

  • 2 small peaches, peeled and quartered
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 tbsp nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp flaxseed oil (found at health food stores)
  • 1 or 2 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
