Ingredients
- 2 small peaches, peeled and quartered
- 1 medium banana
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 tbsp nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp flaxseed oil (found at health food stores)
- 1 or 2 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses.
