Best Recipe for Mango-Cardamom Buttermilk Smoothie
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen diced mango
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups very cold buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey, plus more if mango isn't super sweet
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
Instructions
- Combine the mango, banana, buttermilk, sugar, vanilla and cardamom in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide among 4 glasses and serve.
