Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, optional
  • 2 ripe medium bananas
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled

Instructions

  1. Combine the kale, yogurt, flaxseed, if using, bananas, apple and orange in a blender along with 12 ice cubes. Pulse a few times, then puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Divide among 4 glasses and serve.
