Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1-cup cantaloupe melon, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1-cup honeydew melon, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 1/8 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the melon chunks in a blender, add the mint leaves and grated ginger, and process until smooth. Add yogurt. Serve thoroughly chilled.;
