Ingredients
- 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tomato, quartered
- 1 large orange, quartered
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Instructions
- In a large, heavy saucepan combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, celery, red onion, raisins, walnuts, tomato, orange and garlic. Cook on medium-high until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
