Ingredients

  • 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tomato, quartered
  • 1 large orange, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Instructions

  1. In a large, heavy saucepan combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, celery, red onion, raisins, walnuts, tomato, orange and garlic. Cook on medium-high until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
