Ingredients

  • 1 pound salt
  • 4 ounces chili powder
  • 3 ounces black pepper, coarsely ground
  • 3 ounces black pepper, finely ground
  • 2 ounces hot paprika
  • 2 ounces garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in an airtight container. Rub on beef, pork, chicken, lamb (anything) generously and marinate 1 to 5 days, refrigerated, before cooking.
