Best Recipe for Sarsaparilla Float
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint good-quality vanilla ice cream
- 24 ounces sarsaparilla or root beer
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Instructions
- Place 2 scoops ice cream into each of 2 tall glasses. Add enough sarsaparilla or root beer to fill each glass. Top with whipped cream. Serves each with a long iced-tea spoon and straw.;
