Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint good-quality vanilla ice cream
  • 24 ounces sarsaparilla or root beer
  • Whipped cream, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place 2 scoops ice cream into each of 2 tall glasses. Add enough sarsaparilla or root beer to fill each glass. Top with whipped cream. Serves each with a long iced-tea spoon and straw.;
