Ingredients

• Leftover mashed potatoes
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 tablespoons butter
• Flour, for dredging
• Salt, pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Form small cakes with mashed potatoes. Dredge cakes in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Heat skillet with oil and butter. Saute cakes in skillet until brown on both sides.;
