Best Recipe for Spinach Herb Sauce
Ingredients
- a 10-ounce package frozen spinach, cooked, rinsed, and squeezed dry
- 1 cup bottled mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh chives
Instructions
- In a blender purée the spinach with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the tarragon, and the lemon juice until mixture is smooth and stir in the chives. Serve the sauce with chicken.
