Ingredients

• 3 cups shredded cooked or leftover beef
• 1 cup ketchup
• 2 cups barbecue sauce
• 4 hamburger buns
• 1/2 cup sliced onion

Instructions

1. Heat meat in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the ketchup and barbecue sauce. Heat stirring constantly until the sauces and meat are sticky.
2. Serve meat on hamburger buns with sliced onion.
