Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 medium banana, peeled and halved
  • 1/4 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt with low-calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. Place strawberries, banana and yogurt in blender container. Pulse until fruit is well blended, scraping sides of container, if necessary.
  2. Add ice; pulse until ice is well blended.
  3. Pour into glass and top with one serving (2 tablespoons) Reddi-wip. Serve immediately.
