Best Recipe for Sunny's Green Garlic Herbed Butter
Ingredients
- 2 cups loosely packed fresh parsley
- 2 sticks salted butter, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 6 cloves garlic
- Zest of 2 lemons plus 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 scallions, white and green parts, cut in quarters
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the parsley, butter, Italian seasoning, garlic, lemon zest and juice, scallions, a nice pinch of salt and a few grinds of black pepper. Blend until smooth; taste and season with more salt if needed.
