- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pounds country-style pork belly, sliced
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can mango slices, with juice

- ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until translucent and beginning to brown, 5 to 7 minutes.
